Registration for AACR on Campus Taiwan

  1. This conference is open to early career/young cancer researchers(<10 years after terminal degree) from universities and research institutions from countries with emerging economies.
  2. Participants must complete the online registration form to secure their spot. Registration deadline: September 30, 2025 (11.59PM, GMT+8).
  3. Participants are encouraged to submit abstract for poster presentation, and stand a chance to win the Best Poster Prize with travel award from the AACR to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  • All registrations are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant by submitting a written request to (aacroctw2025@gmail.com) on or before October 15, 2025.

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, venue assignments, and format.
  • By registering, participants agree to be photographed or recorded during the congress for promotional and archival purposes and acknowledge compliance with the congress policies, including those related to data protection and privacy.

How to register:

Step 1: Complete the registration form on AACR website ->  AACR On Campus Taiwan | Education and Training | AACR
Step 2: Receive an email notification from AACR after completing your registration. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the confirmation email.

Step 3: Create a new profile on this payment portal using the same name and email address as your AACR registration. Wait for an approval notification email from the portal. This step allows the local organizing committee to align the registration list with AACR records

Step 4: nce approved, you may proceed to payment by credit card (in New Taiwan Dollars, TWD) and submit your abstract if you wish.​

Step 5:  A confirmation email will be sent from Local Organizer aacroctw2025@gmail.com upon successful registration and payment.

Important Notes

  • Use the SAME name and email for AACR Registration & Payment/Submission portal
  • Payment currency: New Taiwan Dollar (TWD)
  • Abstract submission for Poster Presentation is OPTIONAL
