Registration for AACR on Campus Taiwan

  1. AACR on Campus Taiwan will be held in two locations:​

    Taipei (11/1-2): A two-day program. Due to limited seating, priority will be given to clinical professionals and those with a clinical background.​

    Tainan (11/5): A one-day intensive program with equally rich and high-quality content, ideal for participants from basic research backgrounds.​

    💡 We encourage researchers in basic science to register for the Tainan session, which offers a focused and rewarding learning experience.

  2. Participants must complete the online registration form to secure their spot. Registration deadline: September 30, 2025 (11.59PM, GMT+8).
  3. Participants are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster presentation.Outstanding posters will be recognized with the following awards:
    AACR Best Poster Prize (1st Place)​
    Winner will receive a travel award from the AACR to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting.​
    Taiwan Host Special Awards (awarded at both venues)​
    2nd Place: NT$20,000 each
    3rd Place: NT$10,000 each​​

Taipei Session Sold Out

Tickets for the Taipei session are now sold out. Only participants who completed AACR registration prior to the sell-out will be approved for this session. All other registrants are kindly advised to select the Tainan session instead.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  • All registrations are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant by submitting a written request to (aacroctw2025@gmail.com) on or before October 15, 2025.

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, venue assignments, and format.
  • By registering, participants agree to be photographed or recorded during the congress for promotional and archival purposes and acknowledge compliance with the congress policies, including those related to data protection and privacy.

How to register:

Step 1: Complete the registration form on AACR website ->  AACR On Campus Taiwan | Education and Training | AACR
Step 2: Receive an email notification from AACR after completing your registration. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the confirmation email.

Step 3: Create a new profile on this payment portal using the same name and email address as your AACR registration. Wait for an approval notification email from the portal. This step allows the local organizing committee to align the registration list with AACR records

Step 4: nce approved, you may proceed to payment by credit card (in New Taiwan Dollars, TWD) and submit your abstract if you wish.​

Step 5:  A confirmation email will be sent from Local Organizer aacroctw2025@gmail.com upon successful registration and payment.

Taipei Session Sold Out

  • Use the SAME name and email for AACR Registration & Payment/Submission portal
